FashionED Dissemination at the International Scientific Conference “Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Development of Textiles and Leather Industry”

🌍✨ On May 29–30, 2025, the Department of Textiles, Leather, and Industrial Management of the University of Oradea organized the International Scientific Conference “Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Development of Textiles and Leather Industry” at Hotel Continental, Oradea.

The event brought together outstanding researchers, professors, and industry experts from Bulgaria, Eswatini, Ghana, Iran, Kenya, Mauritius, Turkey and Zimbabwe, who shared innovative ideas and best practices for a more sustainable future in the textile and leather industries.

From Romania, we were joined by representatives from INCDTP Bucharest, as well as university colleagues from Sibiu, Arad, and Oradea.

📢 The conference also included a dissemination session of the Erasmus+ project FashionED – Supporting Entrepreneurship in Eco Design. Participants learned about the English-language e-learning course and explored the Virtual Reality (VR) laboratories developed within the project to promote innovation and sustainability in fashion education.
